What is ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is solution focused and forward looking. It’s about helping you move towards what you want to achieve, in a way that works for how your brain actually operates.

Our work focuses on clarifying your goals, maintaining motivation, exploring what gets in the way, and creating practical plans you can follow. Together, we turn insight into action.

We’ll spend time building a strong coaching relationship first because feeling safe, understood, and supported is the foundation for meaningful change. From there, we focus on practical strategies and tools that help you work with your ADHD brain, not against it.

This might include improving organisation and time management, building sustainable habits, strengthening follow through, or finding ways to manage challenges such as rejection sensitivity. The emphasis is always on real world applications not just talking, but doing.

Between sessions, you’ll try out practical strategies in your daily life. These aren’t “assignments”, but actions you will take away and work on. We’ll look at what works, what doesn’t, and adapt together.

At its heart, ADHD coaching is about understanding how your brain works and having the tools and support to make life feel more manageable, more intentional, and less overwhelming.

ADHD Coaching

Through 1:1 ADHD coaching, I help clients move from overwhelm to clarity by building personalised strategies for focus, time management, organisation, planning, emotional regulation, and follow through. My coaching is practical, compassionate, and action oriented helping clients feel seen, supported, and confident in working with their ADHD, not against it.

 

I am currently focused on expanding my ADHD coaching practice, while also having capabilities in Agile Coaching and Leadership Coaching.
